Anti-Static Grounding Pad & Mat | Conductive Earthing Pad for Yoga & Office Use

As a yoga teacher for over 13 years i can say that this is not the best quality yoga mat if u want better i will refer manduka or liforme jade but if u want this grounding effect i thik this is the best option at the market for the moment for sure u can use for shavasana for asana practice it is too stretchable but it is possible to do gentle daily practice if u r sweating a lot defensively u will have problem with slippery surfaces anyway it is better than the other options at aliexpress i really enjoy the size at the mat if there are options for bigger one i will chose double size :-) like manduka square mat :-)
